I’m putting together quick videos of drills that will improve your cycling AND make you smile. . 🎥Pedal-Pause-Pedal Drill . ⚙️pedal in a balanced position on your bike with most of your weight in your feet. ⚙️brake and find your new balance. ⚙️let go of your brakes, apply pressure to your pedal, and roll away. . This skill comes in handy on steep uphill rock or root gardens when you loose momentum. It’s also helpful for following a slower rider on a trail or when you slow to see where the trail goes, it looks good, and you ride on without putting a foot down. If you are struggling with manuals, wheelies, or track stands this drill will help! . You can get creative with this and add all sorts of variations.
