In this case, both offer gorgeous views along the way. 💁🏼‍♀️💜💁🏼‍♀️ ——— #Repost @emmamaaranen with @get_repost ・・・ My teammate @nikki_jo_peterson and I both work big climbing days into our training these days that take us to amazing views. But the views and tools to get there are a little different. • I’m kicking off my 2020 MTB season at the 3-day stage race #moabrocks2020 @transrockiesraceseries in March and like many cyclist my terrain is buried. I don’t find this a disadvantage. I can get long endurance days in ski touring and do the specific work on the rollers. • In base building I find mixing in non-bike time let’s my body recover from the repetitive motion micro-injuries from a cycling season and keeps me excited to get on the mountain bike when spring arrives.
